We want Pro to be useful to you. If it isn't, you can get your money back on the terms below.
Free trial
7 days of Pro for free. Nothing is charged for the trial and nothing needs to be cancelled — when it ends, the account moves to Free automatically.
14 days to ask for a refund
If Pro isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of the payment and we will refund that payment in full. You don't have to give a reason.
How to ask
Email philippkorchmar@gmail.com from your account's address and include the ID shown in Settings. We reply within 1–2 business days.
Timing
Refunds go back to the original payment method. This usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
After a refund
The account moves to Free and all your data is kept.
Exceptions
We may decline refunds in cases of abuse, for example repeated purchases and refunds by the same user.
